I don't know why all these people are bashing it about it's real-time authenticity, it is an 'exaggerated' account of the life of Mr. Kurt, it's not an auto biography or whatever, its a freaking comic book basically. It is not an accurate timeline of events or something...

It is a great piece of artwork and can be enjoyed by fans and on-lookers alike. Great artwork throughout and is definately worth the $ so if you are getting paid I would highly suggest getting it. If you are a "true fan" then I don't have to sell it to you. If you are easily offended and are uncomfortable about exaggerated events relating to Cobain, stay 100 solar systems away from this piece.

Stayed true to history fro the most part. Really great read and artwork. My fiance who is OBSESSED with Kurt really really liked this.
My friend FREAKED out when i gave this to her. It's honestly one of the coolest things I've ever flipped through. I think it is important to mention that there are some pretty recurring themes of death, drug use, and suicide throughout. It could be triggering for some readers... Especially since it's a graphic novel.

Little bent up but came as expected
Basically a chronologicallied graphic novel of Kurts life in story form. Starting and ending with suicide. I was weary of what'd it'd be like but am actually surprised how much I liked it. Nirvana fans will appreciate the accuracy and dedication. Digs deeper than just basic facts. You have to know your stuff based on some of the material.
